We stuck around the neighborhood for once on a weekend day. Folks did the usual parade fly over. All the airplanes had streamers flying off of them. And one of them trailed a banner. People didn’t give rides this year.

Lots of people showed up for the cookout. I still don’t know most of them. And I can’t always come up with chit chat for those I do know. We did give a few folks a tour of the house.

That evening Mark J. came by for a quick tour of the house before he had to head off to the next stop on his NE tour of friends.
