Well, I finally made it though waxing all the skis for the season. It was definitely easier when I only had one pair to do. Now I have six. All the skis get cleaned. The telemark skis get glide wax ironed on. The scaled cross country skis get iron on glide wax on the glide regions and paste glide wax on the scales. The waxable cross country skis are the most complicated with glide wax ironed on the glide region, base binder ironed on the kick region, and then I rub on some polar kick wax for good measure and cork it in.
I still have the mess of wax shavings to clean up.
