Yesterday we had chicken flambe. Or maybe chicken torched. Or, you know how the marshmallows get when you put them too close to the fire? Yeah, chicken like that.

I call it “dead chicken”.
It was. We waited until the grease fire went out, and then finished cooking the chicken.
