The last two years, Isaac has graduated from the tandem kayak to a solo kayak. His favorite boat so far is my mother’s skinny skin on frame, but even that is too big for him. So we ordered Isaac a custom built skin on frame from Turner Wilson at Kayak Ways. It took Turner a while to figure out how to adapt the adult designs to a little kid, but he did it. We picked the boat up this weekend, and Isaac is ecstatic. Here are some pictures from the build and final testing.
