The famous four thousand footer’s includes a number of rather unpleasant hikes without much reward at the end. This list was made in response. It’s all peaks under 4,000′ tall and all of them have a nice view somewhere along the hike. The official page is http://www.newenglandwaterfalls.com/52withaview.php.
We discovered this list when Tyson’s parent’s gave us the unofficial guidebook The Adventures of Buffalo and Tough Cookie. Isaac liked hearing about another kid hiking the same trails.
